We are putting on Exclusive Ride For a Reason Spin Classes. We encourage every rider to take part in at least one of these events. Learn proper riding technique, meet other RFAR riders, and have a fantastic workout! We are also going to host two Movie & Spin nights where we set up a projector, sit on the indoor cycle bikes and ride as we enjoy a movie or two! Movie options for both nights will be announced on our facebook page. Each night will feature two movies so you can choose the early showing or the late showing. For those who want an epic training event, stay for both movies!

The YMCA of Lethbridge has generously partnered with us again this year to offer every confirmed RFAR rider a three month free membership (March, April, May) to their weekly Cycle Fit (indoor cycling / spinning) classes.

FREE CYCLE FIT CLASSES FOR ALL RIDERS!
Simply bring your rider registration confirmation email to the YMCA Lethbridge and ask them for the membership pass and you can start your training. For access to the rest of the classes and facilities you will need to buy a membership or purchase drop in passes.
